Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for trusting us with your fur baby’s snacks! It’s our goal that both you and your pup are thrilled with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to make sure that any quality or freshness issues are addressed.

  • We will gladly refund or replace your entire purchase for approved claims made within 14 days from receipt of order.
    • After 14 days, we will consider a partial refund or replacement of the product on a case by case basis.
  • Refunds apply to product only; shipping is non refundable.
  • To request your refund or replacement, please send an email to which includes:
    • Description of your concern
    • Pictures (to allow us to document the issue)
    • Preference of refund or replacement
    • We will reply to your email within 3 days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a credit to your payment account within 7 days of receiving the refund approval email, please contact us at

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the item(s). Once the refund is processed, a promo code will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping issues

  • We do our best to properly package each item for safe, fresh arrival at its destination. Should your package arrive damaged beyond usefulness, please follow the refund policy above.
  • If your dog gets to the package before you…we can’t fix that, sorry.
